I am not a musical person. I love music but cannot produce it in a way that is pleasant to humans. Or any creature for that matter.

Next Month's Theme Is: July 2013

It is amazing to watch the kids grow—the lines on the wall, the inches, the learning and the shoes, oh, the shoes!

Watching them grow makes my heart want to burst with a mix of pride and pain.

But guess what? I am growing too--in so many unseen ways.

My kids have pushed me to edges I didn’t know I had—both good and bad. I have had to dig deeper into myself than I ever possibly imagined.

These little mirrors of mine force me to look, really look at who I am, who I want to be and how to bridge the two.

That is growth.

I just wish it came with new shoes.

We all GROW. Sometimes we grow on our own. Sometimes we're forced to. Tell us your stories. Let's all GROW together.
