I've felt so absent lately. Between work, a basement that's unraveling like a string pulled from a sweater i hopes of an end, and some worries in the air, I've lost myself a bit. I've been stressed and tired and short. Today, I greeted them with hot cocoa and Christmas music after school. We made snowflakes and covered the mantle and windows. “Mama” includes the good, bad and the ugly. It's a relief to know that love withstands the waves and do-overs are always within reach. @shewillshine
 

Channeling my own Mama this holiday as I pound, paint, and stitch surprise gifts for the babes. Working late into the night fueled by unhealthy snacks, trashy TV, and the anticipation of magic flooding their expressions. From raw pine parts to vintage cozy. I can't wait to give this to my little lady. @shewillshine
