Mamalode's Digital Director Leland Buck spent a few minutes talking to Mark Fewell, Global Chief Marketing Officer with the Movember Foundation.
Mamalode is partnering with Movember all November long with our theme “Boys”.
Since 2003, Movember has been raising money and starting important conversations with men about their health. Early on the focus was largely on prostate and testicular cancers, but that focus has grown to encompass issues of mental health and suicide prevention. Over 500,000 men commit suicide each year around the world. That's about one man every minute. Movember is committed to changing that.
As always, you can (and we hope you will) subscribe in iTunes, on Soundcloud, Stitcher and — as of November 1, you can also now find us in the Google Play Podcasts.
If you are enjoying the Mamalode Podcast, please take a minute to like us and write a review on iTunes, Stitcher, Soundcloud or Google Play, and share us with your friends in whatever way you want. The more people listen, the more we'll work to keep the episodes coming.
If you are interested in joining or supporting Team Mamalode this Movember, you can do so here. If you want to encourage Leland to shave the mustache he grew for Movember 2014 but never shaved, you can do that here.
