Jen AKA RED, is a great friend, educator and role model. She is highly organized, pays attention to detail and 'gets things done'!! She got me into Crossfit almost 2yrs ago now and I have loved every minute of the positive change it has added to my life. She finds time to write, support and educate all those around her including myself and children. She is intuitive and bright!! Vibrant!! She is inspirational and I have LOVED every moment of knowing her!! Thanks Jen!
