The Olympic games offer us, as a global community, a unique opportunity to come together every two years and remind ourselves that we are just that; a community.
The games remind us that at the end of the day, the lines and borders that we use to separate ourselves from each other are man-made and can be taken down. Really, they’re imaginary. We’re not so different, you and I.
