Every year I make at least 100 new year resolutions. And every year the two that I can be sure won’t happen are “I will take more time for myself” and “I will go to the gym.”
Not this year. This year I’m planning ahead. Maybe a playlist full of great workout jams will help me make it to the gym on January 2nd.
And hey, even if I don’t quite make it back there again in 2014…I said I’d go to the gym. And I went to the gym. Mission accomplished.
